Since ng dumaan ang christmas (2007)...
My brain hasnt stop thinking... its always been bothering me so much that even when i sleep, i cant sleep well... i always dream of the thing that most bothers me...
But the thing thats really bothering me...
is not even a family thing or stuff/s
is not even a friend/s problem
the thing that bothers me... is all related to work...
i have many questions on my mind...
and always worrying bout something.... the problems and all...
i think...
even if i solved my problems or "napanatag na ang aking loob" on certain thing/s...
there will always be another problem...
because before, i have problem/s then it was solved...
then theres another one again...
its like a rotation or just substitution of a problem to another problem...
it just differs on the strength of the problem, and the way it will be solve..
we cant say that theres no solution to a problem, everything has their solution...
it just depends on the time and space you have...
and also, depends on how strong the person is....
if youre gonna give up easily or youre gonna face ur fears and all...
As you can see, i dont wanna share the thing/s thats bothering me so much...
but i think, its okay for me to enumerate it...
first, when will i be a regular employee?
second, before being a regular one, when will i be on probation? how will my presentation go?
third, when im handling a line, im always nervous on something even if i did not do something wrong... is that because i am not a regular employee just yet...?
all of this, goes to one and foremost problem, which is when will i be a regular employee?
in addition to this,
if i dont become regularize as soon as possible, do i now need to re-apply or apply on other company and accept their offer if i dont expect something more on my work right now?!
To solve this one, i think i need to talk to our department manager...
and finish my bothering moments!
i hope on or before february, i will not be this bothered already....
if i will still be, then i will not know what will happen to me when that time comes...

After talking to our manager on our department (quality control/assurance)...
just this day @ around 3pm
i am not bothered anymore...
napanatag na ang aking loob...
at least now i know, where am i...
but still, i dont know if what will i do is the right thing...
no ones perfect...
everyone makes mistakes...
its just differs on how it was done and when it was done...
i hope, i did choose or chose the right thing for me,...
but i think, what is for me, is really for me...
and what is for you, will always end up for you whatever you do...
i think all i need is...
to be patient ... i need lots of this sometime....
i just need to be happy with my work, and contented on some things... not all things...
PS: Thank you guys and girls for being concern somehow, and taking time to read on my entry..Thanks for your time and effort...

If it's already the 4th or 5th month and you don't see that office space coming, then it's a sign to apply somewhere else. Always get the feel of the place you're working at. If it feels more like a dungeon than a place of work, then it's high time fall back.
TumugonBurahinIf you did what you were instructed to, then there's nothing to worry about. You did what you were told so you CAN'T possibly be wrong. If your superior has a problem with that, then he's a damn moron for giving you such instructions.
Confidence is key to becoming a regular. Believe in yourself a bit more. After all, you graduated from DLSU, passed the licensure and got through the interview... those things can only point to one thing; you're good... REAL good XD
Don't worry about the future, or worry. Worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubble gum. The real things to worry about in life are those that never cross your worried mind...
