Medyo matagal na rin ako hindi nakakagawa ng blog, my last time was last last sunday pa..
Ever since nag work ako from october 01, 2007
ang tinuturo sakin at first, is yung line 7 (which handles or runs lipton and twister in returnable glass bottles 240ml only),how to handle the line, on what do a quality analyst do and check...
Then at the same time medyo tinuturuan ako sa other line, line 9 (gatorade 500ml PET bottles, and lipton 450ml PET bottles), on the other hand on line 8 (twister lipton gatorade 1.5 L bottles, and gatorade 400ml not returnable bottles)
A quality control (QC) analyst there, just handle the sensitive products, so carbonated drinks are not counted on that, only the non carbonated drinks except propel.. propel is considered non carbonated beverage but it is not handle by the analyst, only just the product testers..
At first, i go to work ng 8am...2 weeks training (with the help pa ng other people so im not totally independent pa)- un two weeks inclusive of kahit absent ako on my grad day and baccalaureate mass day on my first week of work. Then after 2 weeks being dependent, i handle line 7 on my own already.. so im still not use to it.., i get use to it, coz three weeks ako humawak ng line na iyon... from 6am.. sometimes until 2pm or 3pm or 6pm or sometimes umaabot ako ng 10pm.. in between ng mga training na iyon sa line 7, if walang analyst on the other lines, for example uuwi na sila or may lakad sila, i handle the line coz i dont mind and i am paid hourly naman unlike my collegues there..so na handle ko ang line 9 for almost the whole day then medyo nasanay konti... then last week of october, handled line 8 morning shift, and sometimes wala akong kapalit so umabot ako ng 10pm, from 6am.
Anyhoo, late ako nakauwi ng sat night ng november 3, then sa nov 4, naghanda si mother for her own birthday so she invited mother side na mga cousins and their parents (uncles&aunties).So, whole day lang eat ng eat, then....
So, its time... after a month, its my turn for night shift/afternoon shift (depends on how fast ang run ng line, if abot ng madaling araw, then night shift na iyon na 6pm-6am). My turn this week na ganun sa line 8, eh ang run ng line 8 ay 24 hours, so ang shift namin ng kapalitan ko from 6 to 6. if siya from 6am-6pm,ako naman 6pm-6am.
Its different pag gabi, ang nagkataon ako nalang naiiwan pag madaling araw, coz un kasama ko na isang analyst pang hapon siya from 2pm- 10pm lang.. then sometimes extend siya until 12noon lang... so im alone there, minsan nakatulog ako, buti nagigising naman ako coz im listening to music while i was sleeping, but not really sleep, umiidlip lang.
Three nights palang na -experience ko:
1st night: nov 5-nov 6 my first time, pero kaya naman coz enough sleep naman, pero naka idlip naman ako kahit mga 1 hour from 1am-2am coz d ako makakatulog that morning coz pupunta ako LTO to get my non-pro license... and *tada* im so happy, i have my license pero WHERE'S MY CAR??? yan nalang kulang...

parang nagkasakit ako, slight, slight lagnat.. coz naligo ako when i got home from LTO then natulog ako ng wet ang hair... and pag gising ko sakit ulo ko, when i arrive sa work (2nd night), giniginaw ako... but then luckily, the next morning, okay okay na ako...
2nd night: nov 6-nov 7 naka idlip ako ng mas matagal coz nasira un sa lugcap ng line and stop production (cool down)..i think from 12 midnight -2am pero putol putol un , i cant sleep ng straight eh.. coz baka mag resume na un line, and trabaho rin ng analyst to know what time nasira or naayos ang line...
3rd night: nov 7-nov8 i am much used to this, and nakatulog na ako nung last morning, so hnd ako inaantk masydo, except that, inantk ako kaninang 5am na... napaidlip, buti may kumalabit sakin, coz 15 mins na pala ang nakaraan.. at baka may dumating na supervisor, and bawal kasi matulog.. around 6am kasi pumapasok mga supervisor...
.... theres still 4th night (nov 8-9), 5th night (nov 9-10), 6th night (nov 10-11),and maybe it'll be the same kwento or somewhat similar...
Disadvantage ng night shift:
sometimes pag hnd pa tapos run ng line7, 8, and/ 9 ng 12 midnight... lahat ng line hahawakan na, and nakakapagod un pagpunta palang sa mga line...from the Q.C lab, ang nearest, line7, farthest ang line 8.
every morning ng between 4am - 6am, dapat handa lagi, coz mag start up na mga line... except kung umaandar na un line cympre... so three lines start up mo pa... to check if the brix (total sucrose content) is okay or not..and others

Travel time issue/s: (w/o any traffic-around 40mins lang talaga)

Study for the board exam next year, sana magawa ko lahat ng sabay-sabay, and i will think i can do it, para magawa ko talaga...
"kakainis" moments or not "kakainis"?
ang kulit ng mga tao doon sa quality dept... asaran pa rin... pero cympre dapat walang pikunan...
sa mga line naman, may mag tetext sau mga pipz doon (of course they know ur number coz to make life easier doon, u may just text the people there kung may paguutos ka), then kung ano ano tinetxt, like... anu gawa mo, musta na, nasan ka na, yayain sana kita mag date, and etc...
Tapos when they text at first, dko alam kung sino pa, so one time, i ask "sino to", one replied, "yun may crush sayo...", and duh!, syempre d ko parin alm kung sino un tao...
minsan un iba sa line, kung ano-ano sinasabi,... like... intayin kita sa gate mamaya pag out mo, ihatid kita, etc....
Pero iba iba time ng out ko, so wala lang....
then may one time, ang kulit ng line 8 section manager, sinasabi sakin na pag andyan daw ako nag-papanic un operator doon named "lucky", sa may filling area kaya pumapalpak daw tuloy ang trabaho... sabi ko lang "owwsss...", then he said, "oo nga"... then i said "baka joke lang yan", he said hindi raw...
and of course,my answers are always play safe..and which means, i dont answer...whenever not necessary
Fun at work: QUOTA INCENTIVES
if umabot sa required quota (depend on the line's target % yield)
line 7, around 87% production yield, thrice na ako naka incentive here...
line 8, around 81% production yield, once na ako naka incentive and ever since the beginning of this line this 2007, twice pa lang daw sila nakaka-incentive and i was lucky enough to experience that

even though medyo busy na, i cant believe im still vain, hnd nga lang sobrang vain coz limited time na lang e...

we need to wear caps/net para to cover the hair, inside the filler or basta place na bawal madumihan, so that to prevent hair from flying and getting inside the bottle...this pic is taken in the Q.C Lab while i was alone...coz kumain sila, 5 or 6 meals a day sila kumakain eh...im on a diet pa naman...
gotta stop blogging na... its already 10:00am of november 8 thurs.. i need to sleep pa, may work pa ko ng 6pm later...its been one hour since nagta-type ako...
