○ The Chinese New Year Season ○

Belated Merry Chinese New Year (Jan 01 -lunar calendar = Feb 18 -calendar)

>had a reunion last Feb 10, 2007 saturday, with my relatives on the father side

>Feb 17, 2007 (new year's eve) went home to Las Pinas for preparation to the 'handaan' for the next day. depart from manila at 6:00pm and arrived at las pinas at around 8:00pm becoz of heavy traffic and slept at around 11 plus or 12 mn

> Feb 18, 2007 (new year's day)- mother's side- my auntie and her family arrived at our house at around 10am, and my other auntie arrived at around 10:30am. They also brought some food like barbe-que, squids, tilapia, braso (dont know the spelling), and i think a brandy too (but i didn't drink). My mom and dad prepared much food, i mean many foods like spagehetti (red sauce and white sauce too), lumpia, shanghai rolls, shrimp, oyster, brocolli, chicken legs, cake, rice, sinigang, red wine, Black label (but i didn't even open it), Martel cognac VSOP, softdrinks, four season juice, and lastly, water. Maybe, i didn't forget anything. And of course, my uncle brought a KARAOKE (with wireless MICROPHONE) - i sang from around 12 noon until 6:00pm even while eating and also dancing to the beat. One of my auntie's went home at around 4 or 5 pm, and the last one- depart at around 7pm. PIX with my cousins...
