PCPPI-Probee Muntinlupa Days

Started working last oct 1, 2007 (monday) as casual employee
my probationary starts last march 01, 2008 and ended august 31, 2008

at PEPSI-COLA Products Phils Inc (PCPPI)
in km 29 national road bo. tunasan, muntinlupa city 1773

My Colleagues:
ate baby, ate sue, ate heizel, paolo, ate bless, ate karren, jet, alvin, sir joma, kuya alvin, kuya jonas, kuya nat, sir rey, sir erwin plus, k-tel and jenn from Quality Control Department & Process
.... and many more

Because of being a company hired employee...
there's no OVERTIME PAY na..
ang meron lang when you exceed the regular 8 hrs are...
2 hours extra time - P100
4 hrs - P150
8 hrs - P250
and for other hours - thank you nalang...
(e.g. extra time of 3 hours, then the 2 hrs you will get P100 but for the 1 hour-you get nothing...)

for holiday/ rest day (sunday) same rate lang ang bayad which is 350 for half day and 620 for 8hrs, exceeding hrs -thank you nalang...

so advance duty can be done...
for example: 16 hrs duty, so u can get the first 8hrs for duty today, and another 8hrs for the next day, on which is only applicable if ur on the night shift, and overlapping of days happen...

some activities:
-My first teambuilding (for supervisory and managearial position)
at mmldc antipolo rizal last march 7-8 2008 also with a separate album
-we had our operations review (presentations): may 9 at the fleet training room
-some pics are with the OJT's....
-my audit pictures done on the lines
-ate karren's despedida 08-15-08
-sportsfest at the bilibid prison muntinlupa on one sunday
etc

~Presentation for regularization will be on july 08 2008,.
then 2nd presentation (due to failure to pass the standard of the exec. commitee)- was last august 2008
