Life talaga is so unfair... no ones fair in this world, everything might has its own reason, maybe kaya dumaan ako sa casual coz, pag nagkamali ka as casual, okay lang un, but as probee, may chance na tanggal ka na.. so more experience is my advantage on my field of work now...

i decided na thats the time na manlilibre ako for my birthday in advance coz, habang feel ko pa and eksakto ang dami pwde i-celebrate...
like... it will be my bday soon, then im already a probee (company hired as probationary) starting march 01, and feb 29 is my last day sa agency (so it will be my last salary doon)
I made libre on that day, to 30 people including myself, LUNCH:binalot which has several ulam like adobo, fish, chicken, and liempo.. i ate the bangus coz im on a diet but still tumataba parin naman ako e... i made gastos for a total of P*,***.oo
March is here!and march 01 is a holiday, so its my first day as a probee, on which d pa kasama sa salary to, kasi nga holiday (muntinlupa day)... but still pumasok ako, para madagdag ang money para mabawi un nalibre ko but still kulang parin iyon, coz sa managerial or supervisory position, if holiday or rest day, upto 8hrs lang ang pasok kung hindi, thank you na ung the rest of the hours which means hndi na bayad iyon, but nung casual employee pa ako, bayad iyon kasi overtime iyon e...
After ng pasok ko 6am-2pm, joined basketball ng ibang katrabaho, then after that, inuman session (this is the third time na nakipag inuman ako, dapat this is the last time na talaga!), grabe na to!!! then pulutan pa.. so much to libre, mga pulutan nun ay pancit, fishball, chicken, ... nakawaste na naman ako ng money for around P*,***.oo ,
of course, nagpatong patong na nagastos, so mahirap na bawiin especially ang nasa managerial and supervisory position ay maraming thank u hours na kasi, unlike other people may mga ovetime pay pa...
The next day which is march 2, my rest day, sunday, di na ako pumasok kasi wala na gagawin coz nagawa na lahat nung saturday e... e wala naman production noon e...
March 3 na ung net pasok ko, on which dapat pang gabi ako na 6pm-6am, but nag iba schedule ng run, so naging 2pm ang pasok ko... but alam nyu naman ugali ko, gusto ko makabawi, so i ask our supervisor, if pwede mag extend ng upto 4 hrs, pero that will be 1 am, and delikado daw to go home at that time, so sabi nila till 4am nalang, and ive said sayang naman un oras so nag straight na ako until 5am lang dapat, but unfortunately na thank u ako ng 1 hr coz 6am na ako naka out...may mga bilang lang kasi ng hours na may bayad sa supervisory/managerial position e.. kaya uso ang thank u.. but of course umabot ako ng march 4 sa workplace, on which...

on the day of my bday, i went home at 12midnight, i mean, nag out sa work... but before mag out, nung dinner, ang dami pang nalibre around P***.oo , and i said, ayoko na manlibre...masyado na akong maraming kakilala...
total na nagastos ko ay halos one month salary ko.. but nung may overtime pay pa ako before, cguru around half month salary ko iyon (with overtime)... grabe!!!! mahirap na bawiin!
Yesterday, march 05...
nag-in ako ng 12 noon, and around 1pm , nalaman ko nalang na baka mag straight un line ko, so maeaning, mag straight din ako...so mangyayari until 6am na iyon... eh mababa lang kasi salary pag sa managerial nga na parang overtime kasi with thank u.. so, alam nyu naman matalino to, utakan lang yan, kanya kanyang style or paraan... ika-nga sa filipino, para-paraan lang yan... so i asked un supervisor namin if pwde na advance duty ko nalang iyon, meaning un na ung pasok ko the next day... then he agrees with me.. so dapat two 8 hrs iyon.. e 12 nga ako pumasok so, magkakaroon pa ako ng extra time.. and of course, un bilang ko with pay parin iyon... then nag-out ako ng march 06 ng 8am, on which may extra 4 hrs ako... and that is fine kasi may bayad pa iyon...
so to make kwento what happen yesterday march 5,
so nag work ako beginning 1pm -3pm kasi natapos na un run ng line ko na lipton, then mag coconvert na sila to 500ml gatorade, so medyo matagal un, so another line was handed to me ng 4pm until 11pm ko hawak un 400ml gatorade na may promo code, so different siya, kaya lang bawal ako sumali sa promo e, coz taga pepsi ako ang even until 3rd degree ata na relatives bawal din mag join...
before talaga, i have plans na mag papicture na... kaya nga nag aayos na ako...
in between..., around 5pm, i just sign my contract na pagiging probee and company hired, nauna pa iyong work bago contract e noh...
then, wala pa kasi ako i.d ng pepsi, then kasi un i.d namin magiging un machine na un may tumutunog, tapos kahit sa pag open ng door so hndi lahat pwde na pumasok sa lock door, un parang may access nalang ata... so sakto un pag-probee ko na naman kasi need mag pic-taking, kaya lang need na dapat in uniform, so i borrowed, but then iniregalo nalang sakin ni ma'am lou un uniform so i got one set..un color blue, but there's one pa kasi na uniform na color white naman... then un gatorade 500ml na run until 8am ko hinawakan...
when i got home from 20hrs duty...
na ang kasama mga people na walang overtime to e.. with the bosses, bisor ng lines, supervisor, manager, analyst, microbiologist from quality and process and mancom dept
in MMLDC, antipolo city and destination...
