i arrived there at around 1230pm already coz nag out ako sa work ng 7am, then arrived home ng mga 8am, then slept until mag 1030am, ..then make ligo pa and prepare konti, thats why im late

When i arrived there: tian, kassie, aju, jacq, ave, vincent, tin plus her partner tito, asher, ... after ko dumating, c harvey then maan,... adiel and james were late but before pa maka arrive c adiel, umalis na c tin coz may ihahatid pa sila ni tito...

eating started at 2pm-4pm... coz 4plus kami nagsi-alisan doon...

at first we're planning to watch a movie, kaya lang...d natuloy...coz if may sasama, konti lang...and late na daw e...

All in all, three parteeeee


First, is the party of the higher people from Quality Control dept, and process department, plus the MANCOM people...in short, managearial position and the bosses...

Where: QC (quality control) office
When: Dec 21, 2007 around 4pm
Theme: Retro (70's,80's)

this picture is the preview kung anu sinuot ko that day, but hindi ako super naka porma coz, hnd naman ako nag shopping or something, .. i just wore maong pants and rubber shoes parin, coz may work ako noon e...nag out ako ng 6am in the morning then pumasok ng 2pm afternoon jus for the party, then ang next out ko ay 6am the next day pa... so 16hrs of work, from 2pm-6am eh...

The party was full of foods talaga, kanya kanyang take out ng foods.... kanya kanyang tago..
foods were.. brownies, ice cream, cakes, baboy, tikoy, salads, maja, chicken, pancit, etc...
Events happen ay cympre, Eating, then awarding ceremony, best outfit, and lahat ng taga QC-Process ay may kanya kanyang title and award (certificate)...

This is the certificate which i received

upon receiving this one, you should introduce urself, and explain why you are awarded with this title..

this was my line,
"First of all, merry xmas to all, thank you for this award (so that means,tinatanggap ko daw to), im the hatak queen coz lagi akong humahatak (w/c means, overtime lagi to 2 shifts = 16hrs parang ako reliever ng mga analyst). My name is rhea go, a qc analyst for 2 1/2 months."

the QC and process People last dec21

Because the next day na iyong PLANT PARTY...
Our dept, should perform anything on that day... and ang gusto nila is dance number...
on the orginal plan, kasali talaga ako... but different shifts ako sakanila... and so, nakapag practice na pla sila ahead... then after this managearial party, theyre gonna practice na, then i ask if sasali pa ba ko, but they say baka mahirapan ako coz may work ako on that night...i insist na kaya ko and i really like to dance so, while working i practice

We practice from around 7pm until around mag 10 pm na... to the tune of Umbrella by rihanna
But kahit practice, nakakakuha pa naman ako ng samples sa aking line na hawak....

Grabe that week, always nalang if after 10pm, 2 or 3 lines (gatorade, tropicana, lipton) hawak ko if pang gabi shift ko.... kaya kahit pano pumayat ako nun and gumaan ako...

Dapat that night, i was going to take a nap, coz papasok pa ako ng early the next day, then sasyaw pa ko, then may party... but naka sleep ako ng konti , ng around 5am na.. so malapit narin ako mag out noon...

Pag out ko ng 6am....
i went home agad, then freshen up... then, pasok ulit, because of the traffic, i arrived pepsi ng around 11:30am ... ate lunch sa tokyo tokyo SM muntinlupa coz walang food sa canteen because pinaghahandaan un party ... i ate 4 rice.

After eating nag practice na kami , change some steps and all... so, ang galing ko talaga.. coz 1 day practice ng madalian, nakuha ko mga steps ...

Then, nagbihis na kaming lahat ng rock type outfit, then kasama ko mga people sa quality and process dept, na pagdating sa event, parang kami lang naka prepare tlg.. coz naka make up pa talaga... and hiniram pa nga eye shadow ko coz may black ako...

Second, Plant Party with all the people sa plant..

When: Dec 22, from 2pm-10pm
Theme: Rockstar

events: mass, diwata ng pepsi portion, dance contest, battle of the bands, awarding ceremonies...best rock outfit...

Before the real event started, inaantok antok talaga ako, so to sleep and make pikit, i wore a shades muna...

For the dance number of qc-process dept, ate karren, jet, alvin, ate baby, ate wyvette and me... plus special guest, blessi and kuya rey...

After dancing, kasi bago lang ako sa pepsi, sabi ng mga people (mga kakilala ko) sakin, "marunung ka plang sumayaw, galing mo pala gumiling..."

Right after sumayaw, okay... pwede na... uminom na ako.. but, ang meron lang ay generoso and light lang...then if gusto ng chaser, lipton ice tea ang iniinom...

Nakainuman ko mga taga line 7,8,and 9...from around 8pm to 10pm iyon...parang daming ka table e noh...

QC and Process People last dec 22

Grabe, so kakapagod noh... havent sleep talaga dahil sa parties na to... imagine?!
just for the party, ang pasok ko dapat 6pm pa, but dapat 2pm andoon na ako.
but thats okay, i get paid naman eh...then out ko 6am... ANG SAYA!! (ang sarcastic ng pagkasabi e...)


But after this plant party, last dec 23, we had our reunion with my relatives on the father side at the new restaurant with shabu shabu and menu order named Tong Xin in Banawe Quezon city, and made dalaw sa mother side relatives at their houses in quezon city and in tondo manila...
so, i really havent had much rest...


just yesterday, dec 24, may production ang line 7 and so ako ang analyst doon, medyo naginuman ulit after ng run...

before the 3rd party, the night before....

got a box of OREO

but kinain ng aking brother and father...

wala kasi akong nakuha na free pepsi deluxe (strawberry and caramel flavor)

The third party, .. will be the party of the whole quality control and process dept, but the venue is different for both parties, sana magkasama nalang para mas masaya, then may inuman rin un....

When: Dec 29, afternoon from 4pm (time when our manager arrives) til any time, until around 10pm official party

Where: Syrup room (QC), Water Treatment Plant (Process)
... with party at line 7 too,
plus drinking session at line 9. sayang! sa line 8 bagsak na mga tao kaya d na ako nakadrink
Theme: none

May production parin on that day... so how did the party go?...

sympre, working while partying..
padaan daan lang sa mga party.. but still working.. and doing my job...kahit some people say na wag na.. still, i do my job... and enjoy at the same time..

drank around mga 20 shots cguru ...of fundador.. then 1 can of lone star light for just about 20minutes lang ata sa qc party, then back to work pa kasi...got to go to the lines pa e...

then, punta ko sa line just to get samples (line 7 and 9), coz two lines hawak ko nun coz nagpaparty and nag vacation na ung ibang analysts e... every punta ko, drink na naman...
sa line 7 party, one punta , one drink...of gran matador... plus a can of san mig light
sa line 9 drinking session, one punta around 3 drinks pinapainom sakin na gran matador...

after 12midnight, line 8 and line 9 naman , coz un line 7, pinahawak nalang namin sa isa pa.


WHATTA YEAR ENDER!!!!!

My first christmas in PEPSI...

Coz marami na ang may tama on that night... and the other night na may inuman rin...
Marami tuloy umaamin...
... like, sabi sila ng sabi na maganda ako...of course, im flattered...


After this parties, next is the block reunion on which is really tian ni's engagement party on the 30th... so meaning wala pa akong tulog or any rest at all, because i got off from work at 7am of dec 30...

The reasons why we live...

We live...

TO LEARN
       everyday we learn new things... we learn new lessons in life...
so, more days pass by, the more that we should be stronger and full of life...

TO HELP
       other people who are in need, then there's also somebody who will help in other ways...
we live for other people not just for ourselves, e.g. nag-aayos ka for others to see coz you dont see urself every second...

TO HARM
       having negative vibes in our lives makes our life more challenging and interesting...
so, we have our downs sometimes... some people think they are always on the ground, its just that the time that they would be on top hasn't arrived yet...all people take turns.. and sometimes, you wont notice that you are already on the ground, and sometimes you wont notice your way up high...

TO ENJOY
       people sometimes dont know what to do, they just love to enjoy for their own sake...
some people would say, why would you save money, if you cant enjoy?! but i think, enjoying sometimes isnt bad but if its done regularly and every second... its not that good... how can you help the next generation if you dont save...


WE LIVE TO LEARN THINGS, TO USE WHAT WE LEARN TO HELP OR HARM OTHER PEOPLE (AND TO ENJOY OURSELVES)


...come to think of it... why we live in this world?

i learn new things everyday...at home, in school, and now on my work...
at home, i learn to be stronger, independent, more responsible...
in school, learning from the book, and learning values and attitudes from other people...
at work, learning from the book and actual application, plus learning values and seeing other people's attitude and personalities...learn to be more mature than before...

in school and at my work,
Its almost the same...

On my work
I still learn and study based on the book or manual...
coz my course taken and my work are related
Then, for the social life with the collegues or what we known as pakikitungo...is just the same
Same for everyday life... People are still people!

Same as usual..

There are some nice people, they would tell you, what they dont like about you, and so that, you would change for the better...and thats what i like bout my co-analyst and other people from our department

There are still some backstabbers or what we call as mga naninira for their own sake
this is what i hate...
When there's a problem, may mga nang-iiwan sa ere (air)...
And its not just in school na may gumagawa ng ways just to bring you down...



2 STRIKES in a DAY!!!

Just last saturday dec 08 morning 6am, when i arrived to my workplace:

STRIKE 1 for our department (quality and process)
i just heard that our department got a notice from the "line 7 supervisor A" because no analyst or any quality control people would start the production... and dapat ako iyon coz ako ung pang gabi, and if pang gabi ka, you would start up 3 lines every early morning (nakakapagod yan coz maraming linya hawak mo and start up pa)...

But the night before, dec 07 fri, i told one of my supervisor na i would go home na ng 10pm coz wala na naman ako gagawin, and i told him na papasok ako ng 6am the next day...but then more than 10000 cases pala un proproduce ng saturday, and wala syang ki-nontact na analyst for the afternoon shift

This isnt my fault na walang na contact to have un second shift, its the supervisors duty to do that, and he has the department phone naman e, and libre gumamit nun...

... and so that morning, the other supervisor ask me if im willing to extend, and i answered yes coz that will be my advantage, because pag regular ka na, lugi na ang overtime coz hindi na overtime un, extra allowance nalang... so, okay na lahat, im the one na mag eextend until 10pm, coz 2 shifts un (6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm).

* this is also the time, na masama na nararamdaman ko, na i know that lumalala na un cold ko, and medyo little cough because of the cold... and feel ko lalagnatin ako coz of the cold*


Just this day, dec 10 morning 6am, when i arrived to my workplace:

STRIKE 2 for our department (quality and process)
at before 10pm last saturday dec 08, before ako mag-out and to get my last batch testing samples, halos kakastart palang ng last tank ng around 9pm and usually mga 2 to 3 hours ang pag-ubos ng syrup...

Of course, alam ko marami pa laman nung tank coz 1 hour palang ang nagdaan...
and so, i told the supervisor na sobra ata un syrup...

then, he made arrangements if may extra bottles pa and all...
then i told the "line 7 supervisor B", extend pa daw un takbo ng line coz may sobra syrup pa...

Actually okay na lahat e.... BUT...

Yung line supervisor B, nag email pala sa mga BOSS...
he was telling kung ano mga sinabi ko, and sinabi ng supervisor ko at that night...

Actually its just a misunderstanding, d nya kasi naiintndihan ang mga chemistry terms and all
Then, the process manager na ang nakipag usap... coz the process dept un nagtitimpla ng syrup...and mas tinatamaan sila sa statements of the line supervisor B.

*2 different supervisors pa iyan, then in one day pa ito, tsk tsk tsk*

Masyadong galit mga tao (sa mga line / production) sa Quality Control Deparment,
and so... now, i know....
Gagawa at gagawa sila ng paraan para masira ang department...
But without the quality team, walang production team
Coz, without the quality, they cant run!


LESSON LEARN from this incidence...
>dont trust other people... and dont give 100% trust especially if hindi mo ka-department
So, be careful on the words use... they might use it against you....
>all people should be responsible enough to handle problems


We must always rely on ourselves!!!!!
And thats the best way to learn....

NO overtime means MORE free time LESS money

First of all, its been a while since i made a blog entry, i think, its last month pa..

Of course, im working already and its different from before (college student)

Just last week (dec 03 mon -08 sat), i got an inconsistent schedule of work...
dec 03 mon - from 6pm - dec 04 tue - to 6am (12 hrs interval to next duty)
dec 04 tue - from 6pm - dec 05 wed - to 6am (12 hrs interval)
dec 05 wed - from 6pm - dec 06 thu - to 6am (16 hrs interval)
dec 06 thu - from 10pm - dec 07 fri - 6am (8 hrs interval)
dec 07 fri - from 2pm - dec 07 fri - 10pm (8 hrs interval)
dec 08 sat - from 6am - dec 08 sat - 10pm
*see the intervals, and add my travel time w/c is about 2 hrs going to my workplace and another 2 hrs in going home to those intervals... do you think i got enough sleep...?

And, i got a little sick...
Its just a bit... and not really sick, i just felt ....
...a little dizzy coz of lack of sleep because i have a night schedule and its really hard for me to sleep when the sun is still up...actually, its like i didnt sleep at all the whole week..
...i got cold, on which i felt just last sat dec 08, and lumala yesterday sun dec 09... but now, im better...
...little cough only, and now i think its gone... its just partial cough, i think!...

This week i got morning schedule so...
its much easier... and now, i dont have overtime work because ang bilis super ng production of gatorade (500ml PET/plastic bottles) so i have time to use the computer more, and sleeping while the sun's still up and sleeping while the moon is up is really different


Working is almost the same as studying....
its just that, the environment is different...with all the people....and work...


Because of my work...
I wasn't able to attend the birthday celebration of my 2 friends...

First one was i think, last november 21? but her birthday was on november 20...
i have afternoon schedule back then, my work time was from 2pm-10pm so if i was going to follow, i would arrive there at around 12midnight already and there might be no people there coz its late na...

Second one was just last friday december 07, but his birthday was december 06...
i again have a night schedule..from 2pm - 10pm... and again if i would follow, i would arrive there at almost midnight...

Why is it like that?

When there's a celebration or happenings, i always cant go because i have a night/afternoon schedule...
and if ever, i would exchange my schedule with my collegues...

first, kakahiya naman... but i know its okay coz nakikipagpalit naman sila sakin when they need to

second, ayaw ko na kasi guluhin sched ko, magkakagulo lang lalo, and lalo lang ako hindi makaka-rest, if for example, i got a morning sched then bigla the next day change to night sched or vice versa... body clock is ruined then it will again be ruined by then...

Just last week, i discovered a new revival of the song "last christmas"
with a lyrics that goes like this "... last christmas i gave you my heart, but the very next day you gave it away, this year...."
And you know what?
it was revive by Ashley Tisdale.... and its nice, coz its like a pop song... with a wham!

And, i kinda, found the multiply site of Ashley Tisdale and Vanessa Hudgens...
I hope its really them... coz it would be nice...

Its not just Rica Peralejo, Nikki Valdez, Say Alonzo, Coney Reyes, Camille Pratts, etc...
(on which i already found their multiply site.. but only some of them are on my contact list)
Its Vanessa and Ashley!!!!!
Its different! They're really Stars, not just on their country but all over the world...
